A Christmas Story poll

Need some help from the members of GCN. My wife and I have a bet going on over the classic Christmas movie "A Christmas Story". I have been giddy all day awaiting the 24 hr marathon of this movie on TBS. She thinks it's one of the dumbest movies ever, and thinks NO ONE watches it..

Watching it right now. I watch it every year waiting on the kiddos to go to sleep or while finishing up wrapping presents. One movie that I haven't watched is A White Christmas. Heard that it is good, but haven't gotten around to watching it.

I LOVE THIS MOVIE!! I lived in the town that this book is based in. We actually lived a couple of blocks from the house on Cleveland Street.

Hubby loves this movie I dont so much... Can watch it tho good thing because we own it... Actually wrapped gifts while watching started at the beginning and ended at the end how nice... :D

EVERY YEAR we watch "A Christmas Story," and "Home Alone" (the original, not the lame sequels) at least once, if not 50 times. Those movies have been traditions in my family since I was very young and we lived in Illinois. My Dad and Mom love both, and so do I and my kids and hubby.

My son has this movie, and loves it, His dad bought him the leg lamp for Christmas last year. It isnt as tall as the one in the movie, nevertheless, his gf hid it so he couldnt put it up... haha.
